⚠️ Important Shipping Information for USA Orders

Since mid-September, after new US customs tariffs and regulations were introduced, our parcels have been facing very long customs inspections.
You may see your tracking number stuck in MINNEAPOLIS for days (or even weeks).
Many of you start to panic - which I completely understand - so let’s clear things up.

Here’s exactly how our shipping process works, and why this delay happens (hopefully only until customs officers get used to the new system!).

How We Ship Your Orders

All USA orders are shipped through forwarding partners - and there’s a reason for that:

1.
It’s faster.
Even with current delays, this route is still quicker.
Ukraine currently has no direct airmail service, so your parcel travels from Ukraine → Poland → FedEx express to the US warehouse → then from the US warehouse to you.

2. You don’t pay the new customs fees.
We cover all new import tariffs ourselves - you won’t be charged anything extra upon delivery.

📍 Why Your Tracking Is “Stuck in MINNEAPOLIS”

Previously, parcels from Poland to the US cleared customs almost instantly. Now, this step takes much longer, and that’s exactly where the pause happens.

Your order is registered with a UPS tracking number in advance, but that number won’t update until the shipment clears US customs.

So when your tracking shows no movement - your parcel is not lost. It’s simply waiting for customs officers to finish the new paperwork.

Once it’s cleared, delivery to your door usually takes just a few days.

In Short
- The delay happens only during US customs clearance.
- Overall delivery time remains within normal limits.
- Your order will arrive safely, even if the tracking looks frozen for a while.

Thank you for your patience and understanding - this process is confusing and frustrating, but we promise: every parcel will reach its new home 🖤
